Agricultural Component

Livestock Component

  • Camuros (hair sheep): A camuros breeding stock will be purchased, consisting of one male and five females. 10 paddocks will be designed for grazing animals with grasses and herbs, with areas of 2000 m2 each paddock, for an area of ​​two hectares (20,000 m2); They will also feed on kitchen waste and the protein bank. The Camuros do not need feeding by concentrates. At night they will sleep in a 400 m2 sheepfold.
     
  • Creole laying hens: A breeding stock of 20 Creole laying hens of 12 weeks of age will be provided, in order to adapt them to the food provided by the farm, which will be extracted from the protein bank, from the surplus corn, beans and other vegetables produced in the family garden; the grazing area of ​​the pullets will be in the fruit trees, in the plantain / banana association and in the area of ​​the forest component, when these plants have a height of one meter (approximately seven months after these crops have been established). A 30 m2 pen will be built for the hens' nests.
     
  • Fish: In a 50 m2 pond, there will be 1000 fingerlings between red mojarra and cachama; Rations will be prepared for feeding the fish, with farm by-products such as vegetables, vegetables, fruits, etc.
     
  • Beekeeping: Establish a beekeeping production, consisting of two hives or boxes with their respective facilities and equipment.

Forestry Component

  • Protective Forest: an area of ​​approximately 60 hectares will be left as protective forest; where native species such as: nacedero, casco de vaca, guácimo, igua will be planted. Hardwoods such as Ocobo, coffee walnut, pink cedar and black cedar. The same as promising and beneficial species such as Neem, Macadamia Nut, strawberry tree, mangosteen, etc. With the aim of contributing to the environment.
     
  • Protein and Forage Bank: In an area of ​​2.0 hectares, the following will be produced as a forage protein bank: leucaena, mouse-killer, moringa, forage cane and kingrass grass; for feeding and fattening the farm animals.

Agroindustrial Component

  • Agricultural products processing plant: Set up a processing plant for agricultural products, where the following will be produced: flour, plantain / banana soups; pulp for paper of the stem or pseudostem of the plantain / banana; dehydrated fruit, juices, compotes, jams and fruits in syrup.

Marketing and Sales

 
  • Commercialize and market at a national and export level, the primary and transformed products obtained from the Integral Ecotourism Farm.
     
  • Offer and sale of ecotourism packages, to attract ecotourists.

Ecotourism Component

  • Planning, design and construction of 10 rural cabins; Each cabin will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room. In them, ecotourists will stay and enjoy the landscape, nature and rural communities. They will be made with bio-construction materials (guadua, plastic wood); they will have communication technology (wifi, internet); public services: water, energy with solar panels, natural gas, wastewater and solid waste management.

Water Reservoir

  • Construction of fourteen rainwater reservoirs, each reservoir will be 60 m3 (6m x 10m x 1.5m); Coated with geomembrane to avoid filtration, I pamper it with polyshade to avoid evaporation.
     
  • They will be equipped with solar energy electric pumps, in order to supply water to the cabins; the same to the components: agricultural, livestock, forestry, and agro-industrial.

Footprints Plates

  • Construction of 1000 linear meters of footprints, in rural roads, where the steps are in poor condition, for the road to the ecotourism farm; facilitating access to it.
