Business Administrator with Educational and Social projection, with extensive experience and knowledge in coordinating economic and social development programs, conflict resolution and community organization.
Practical knowledge of its phases of Identification, Formulation, Management, Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation; with special ability to develop systemic techniques for identifying problems and developing the logical framework methodology.
